Hundreds of Central Florida residents (and their pets!) attended the recent grand opening of Pet Paradise Animal Hospital’s new state-of-the-art facility at 1224 East Semoran Boulevard in Apopka, Florida.
Highlights of the Pet Paradise grand opening included guided tours of the new veterinary clinic (where stuffed animals were used to demonstrate veterinary procedures), a doggie fashion show, police K-9 demonstration, food and beverages, exhibits, games and raffle prizes that consisted of gift certificates to various local businesses and other discounted services.
Despite the grand opening celebration, Dr. Ortiz and her dedicated staff took the time to provide emergency care to a walk-in patient (a cat that had suffered mangle leg, injured by an automobile engine), which served as a testament to Pet Paradise’s slogan, “We Take the Time To Care . . .”
Pet Paradise’s new facility is ideally located at the intersection of Thompson Road and Semoran Boulevard, next to the Marathon gas station and directly across the street from the Apopka branch of the Orange County Public Library.
